J.M.Kidd is a fantasy author from Germany, debuting with her novel 'The Rise of Isigar'.
Though her writing journey began only a few years ago, she has always loved the written world of fantasy and immersing herself in the stories of magical creatures, elves, and especially, dragons.
Outside of writing, she enjoys running, a cut-throat game of Hearts, and spending time with her husband and two boys in their home by the woods.
She writes high fantasy with high stakes, tough, sword-wielding heroes and heroines, magical shapeshifters, and snarky but lovable dragons.
Writing is her favorite escape when life runs fast and busy; it's where she can give the characters and the worlds that inhabit her thoughts and dreams a voice and a place to exist.
